Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Temple University and the founder of The Art of Performance LLC

Jane Frankel is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Temple University and the founder of The Art of Performance LLC, a consultancy that specializes in developing growth cultures for sustainability in Middle Market companies.  She publishes on the Knowledge Work Network on LinkedIn and has contributed to various regional Philadelphia business publications.  Culture presentations include The Gilbane Conference (2015) and the Academy of International Business Conferences (2014 and 2016).  She has built developing cultures for small, mid-sized, and large companies. Currently, Jane is the Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for The Middle Market Growth Curriculum for the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia and a member of the Middle Market Action Team Steering Committee at the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
