He is the author of the book Business is ART (Articulate, Revise, Track), host of a weekly podcast, and creator of a weekly blog that each go by the same Business is ART name. Jon and his wife, Carol, are each graduates of The Ohio State University, have 6 adult children and 1 grandchild. They reside in Urbana, Ohio.
