Newell is a co-founder and a managing partner of Tech Investments LLC a private equity company.
Tech Investments businesses have served the commercial aerospace and defense industries, automotive industries and various other industrial sectors. These successful middle market companies have received numerous awards for quality and customer service.
Prior to Tech Investments Newell served as the CEO of several companies owned by FEDNAV, LTD (Canada’s largest ship owning and chartering company). His career started in the Audit Department of Deloitte and Touche.
Newell earned business and accounting degrees from the University of Kansas, a CPA Certificate and has served on several Board and or advisory board positions in banking, health care, energy, manufacturing and the arts. He is married with four children.
