When you first provide us with your email address, you will be given the choice to direct us not to send you marketing communications. At times, we conduct online surveys/polls to better understand the needs, profiles and experience of our visitors. You will be given the option of not participating in such surveys/polls.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, NCMM’s customers who are California residents may request and obtain a notice once a year about the personal information NCMM shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes. This notice includes a list of the categories of personal information that was shared (if any) and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the personal information was shared (if any).
