Program Manager

As the Program Manager for the National Center for the Middle Market (NCMM), Kim Roseler oversees the NCMM member experience, including programming, education and engagement. She partners with faculty at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business to move research projects forward from ideation to publication and manages daily operations and special projects for NCMM.

Prior to joining NCMM, Kim supported The Risk Institute, another research center at Fisher College of Business, through a strategic plan reinvigoration, working alongside the Executive Board—which included the Dean of Fisher College of Business, college department chairs, and Chief Risk Officers from Nationwide, Huntington and Battelle—to develop a competitive and impactful strategic plan for the center. Prior to her time at Fisher College of Business, Kim supported the university's central advancement team, developing personalized stewardship plans and activities for the Major Gift and Principal Gift donors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Otterbein University and is graduating with a Masters in Business Administration from Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in August.
