Devine
Lauren Devine is Vice President Talent Management for Hudson, a leading provider of specialized recruitment, talent management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services in the Americas and worldwide. Lauren leads the Talent Management practice in the Americas, delivering consulting services to clients spanning a variety of industries and functions. Primary services include talent assessment, coaching and leadership development. Prior to joining Hudson, Lauren served as Vice President of Talent Management for Adecco Solutions, managing the talent strategy for the Managed Services Program business unit, which grew tenfold during her tenure. Previously, she held leadership roles at Adecco US in solutions delivery, operations and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she had multiple roles in field positions, including recruitment, national account implementation, operations and client services. Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.
